Baby Shower Invitation Card using Build-a-Bear

Here's the baby shower card Kathy and Ruth made for invitations. It was a bear theme so they used all Build-a-Bear items!

Colors are: Chocolate Chip, Night of Navy, Bashful Blue, Pumpkin Pie, Pear Pizzazz [lime green]. These are the colors in Keegan's room. I was inspired by the comforter I found at my local bull's eye store that we will use on his big boy twin-sized bed when he is older.

[above] This was my name tag. Don't think there was anyone at the baby shower who didn't know the guest of honor! LOL...It was nice to be included and have my name tag made with my favorite color - orange! [In this case Pumpkin Pie.]

Crazy for Cards November Class uses Inspired By Nature, Flock Together paper, and Build-a-Bear

Build-a-Bear Cards from Trena's "Stamp and Play" Workshop Party

Here are some fantastic creations from Trena's "Stamp and Play" Workshop Party guests. We used the Build-a-Bear die and Stampin' Up! color coordinating, inks, markers, card stock, and stamp sets. Everyone had Real Red, Old Olive, Close to Cocoa, Basic Black, and Whisper White to work with. I just LOVE how all the cards are so individual and unique!!!

 

↑ Misty made a little reindeer out of the extra die parts.
Look in the right hand corner.

↑ Mary placed the bear's muzzle on top of the beard.

 

 

  ↑ Edwina's card. Lots of confetti! (sorry - it's blurry)
Edwina sponged the inside too. Notice how she framed the words.

↑ Brittany, age 9, made this card all by herself! She even included a heart.

↑ Gracie, age 5, added lovely long eyelashes and a heart!

 

↑  Brenda cut down her Old Olive background piece to show more Real Red sponging.

↑  Maci, age 4, put the muzzle on top of the beard and added holly to the hat!

↑  Latrina kept her sponging subtle, trimmed the hat and made it pop by adding lots of holly! (sorry - it's blurry)

↑  Evette created shadows by layering two colors of clothing.
She also silhouetted the back of her card with clothes and added an additional greeting.

↑  Renee added eyebrows to make this handsome bear!

↑  Meagan, teenager, made an elf with long eyelashes! Did you notice the heart in the bear's hand?

Evette and Edwina are my next home-show hostesses. If you are in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area I'd be more than happy to pack up my Big Shot die cutting machine and Build-a-Bear dies and bring them to you so you and your friends can make these adorable bears. Birthday Cards using Build-A-Bear Stamp Set and Pinwheel Technique

These are my birthday cards. We celebrated my birthday at home yesterday and ordered take-out from Olive Garden.

Sierra stamped (with some help from Mimi) the Build-a-Bear and colored all by herself.

Birthday Cards using Build-A-Bear and Ocean Commotion

Today Sierra turned 2 1/2. My "baby" is 2 1/2 years old!!!

We celebrated Russell's birthday yesterday. My birthday is next Friday.
