I'm Registered for Stampin' Up! Leadership...Plus I entered a contest with this card

Stampin' Up! Leadership registration started this morning. I registered and I'm so excited to be going to Nashville in January 2011. Every time I attend a Stampin' Up! event I come back with the best ideas to help me be a better demonstrator which in turns helps you become a better stamper, scrapbooker, and crafter!

Stampin' Up! offers the opportunity to earn an incentive trip every year. This time it is for Disney World!!! I have set my goals and hope you can help me earn the trip to Disney! On our demonstrator only Stampers' Showcase, Stampin' Up! offered a contest. To participate, I simply had to create a project based on my favorite Disney princess. Five contestants will receive a free stamp set. Wish me luck!

Here is what I entered.

"My favorite Disney princess is Belle from Beauty and the Beast. She inspired this card! I used Bells & Boughs stamp brush set printed on Whisper White from My Digital Studio. I water colored using Garden Green and Real Red crayons and Gray watercolor pencil. I added Smooch Top Coat to bell clapper and ribbon image [a little difficult to see] and Smooch Moonlight to the decorations on the waist of the bell. Added pearls to taffeta ribbon and Modern Label punch. I love MDS!!!"

Christmas Photo Layout Using Christmas Cocoa II in My Digital Studio

Yesterday we took pictures at the portrait studio.

I also downloaded my freebies from Stampin' Up! for becoming a My digital Studio Certified Demonstrator. This included the Christmas Cocoa II Designer Kit.

It came with this pre-made template. (The white box actually has places for 4 square photos.)

Here is how I modified it.

I moved some images around so I could fit 4 photos of various sizes on my layout. (Click on layout to see larger.)
