Having issues ordering from my on-line store? Do you
have Internet Explorer 8 (IE8)? If so, you need to add
Stampin' Up! to the compatibility list before you can
place an order.
Here's how:
1. With IE8 open, select “Tools” in the tool bar at the
top of the screeen.
2. From the drop-down list, scroll down & click on
“Compatibility View Settings.”
3. If you are already at my SU website when you do
this, the words stampinup.com should already be in the
“Add this website” box; but if they’re not, type
stampinup.com in the box.
4. Click “Add”; make sure stampinup.com is now listed
in the “Websites you’ve added to Compatibility View”
box.
5. Click “Close”, and you should immediately be good to
go! No need to restart your computer.
